Customized Training Plan

Each athlete is different and so should your plan. We will work with your schedule to ensure training fits into your life. Youth athletes need to balance school, family, jobs and other activities. Bender Coaching has experience to not overload athletes and ensure proper balance of life and athletics.
Beyond the Bike
​
All training includes off the bike gym work that is built into the training plan. You don't pay extra for strength training...it's part of the process. Getting ready for race day, on the bike fueling and nutrition overview are all things we discuss. Details such as how to dress for workouts and which gear to spend money on are all part of the learning process.
Anaylize the Workout
​
Coaching an athlete is more than just providing workouts. We ensure the athlete learns the proper protocols and expectations. We spend time showing what a correctly executed workout looks like. Reviewing files and graphs helps teach younger athletes proper techniques so they get the most of the time spent on the bike.
